Project management
Project management/ Coordination
1. Plan and control project phases, activities and tasks of each team member
2. Plan and control the duration of activities and tasks
3. Determine the project risks and make contingency plans
4. Define the criteria and ensure quality control
When preparing a project it is always difficult to accurately predict the execution deadlines and their respective fulfilment, since unforeseen events can always happen, often associated with external entities. This is why project management is so important, because by monitoring and checking all available information, it is possible to predict, minimise and even avoid delays. If it is the case, it is even possible to inform the client earlier about changes in the project’s deadline and costs.
